SHIPPING
We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
We don't believe in over-charging for shipping. Each order is carefully packaged and weighed. The shipping cost is then adjusted providing you with the best possible rate available. Please call if you have a special request or if you need express shipping. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Most In Stock orders will ship in less than 1-2 business days. Backorders usually take less than 5-7 business days to ship. We will contact you if your order is expected to take longer.

Our online checkout is very safe and uses a secure server. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For your safety, we will only ship credit card orders to the credit card billing address. If you would feel more comfortable placing your order by phone, please call us toll free at 1-877-569-0804. You may also mail a personal check to: The Stitching Depot 316 E 3rd St, Burkburnett, TX 76354. Please include a printout of your shopping cart from our website to help us identify the items you wish to purchase.
Texas Residents pay 8.25% Sales tax.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 15 days of the original purchase date to arrange for an exchange or full refund. Toll Free: (877)569-0804 or by emailing kim@stitchingdepot.com. When returning an item, please include a copy of the original invoice. It is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service (such as FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible for lost returns. All items must be returned in NEW condition. Fabrics may not be cut, dyed, washed or contain any odor or pet hair. We are unable to accept return of patterns or books due to copyright laws. Shipping & handling charges are not included in refunds.

AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS
Some fabric collections are printed for a limited time. Usually, once the fabric is sold, it is no longer available. Our limited fabric collections will have the approximate yardage available on the item page. Please remember this is an approximation. Should there be a shortage in yardage on your order, we have provided an option in the checkout for you to communicate how you want us to handle it. A simple form allows you to tell us if you want what we have left or if you would prefer us to cancel that item on your order. We will then adjust your invoice accordingly.
Fabric basics are reorderable and the quantity available will simply say In Stock. If yardage is getting short it will say On Order. When you place your order for that item, we will ship it as soon as we receive it (usually within 5-7 business days). Your credit card is never charged until your order is ready to be shipped. If your item remains On Order for more than 15 days, we will contact you. In the unfortunate event that an On Order item is no longer available, we will notify you right away.
